Female player competes in two contrasting events, hot girls compete at "Vietnamese Billiards World Cup"

Ho Chi Minh City is the focus of Vietnamese billiards as the HBSF Tour 2 – Cup MIN Table tournament takes place from September 5 to 11. With nearly 310 players competing in four disciplines, the event is nicknamed the "Vietnamese Billiards World Cup." This year's highlight is the rise of female players, both in performance and appearance. Nguyen Duc Yen Sinh, the reigning Asian and national champion, dominated her opening match with a 25–9 win over My Duyen. She will travel to France for the Women's World Championship after the tournament, along with Nguyen Thi Lien and Nguyen Thi Bich Tram. Bui Xuan Vang, the national women's pool champion, is making headlines by competing in both carom 3-cushion and pool. She narrowly won her carom group match 22–21 against Nguyen Thi Thu, then immediately began her pool campaign. The dual challenge demands tremendous adaptability, as the two disciplines require different techniques, strokes, and tactical thinking. Young talent Huynh Hoa, born in 2026, impressed in her debut despite a narrow loss to experienced Le Thi Ngoc Hue. Her determination signals a bright future for Vietnamese women's billiards. While the media tends to focus on beauty, players like Yen Sinh and Xuan Vang have proven their credentials through titles and victories. Calling the event a "World Cup" is more aspirational than official, but the attention helps women's billiards grow.
